Actually you are wrong. In the UK we have had three female leaders, Thatcher, May and Truss, and things did not end well, not for them nor the country. We have also seen female members of Parliament grow to the hundreds. Elsewhere, France, Germany, USA, we have seen great strides in female representation in politics. So your opening claim is already based on a false premise.
