Ahhhh, parenthood. I had four by two different mothers (three with the first ex-wife, and one with the second) and have sadly (in some ways thankfully) lost all contact with all of them. Like you say, too much violence and histrionic drama for my liking (on their part, I’m an arch pacifist) and that’s not to mention the serial cheating. I am totally at peace with my present wife and we have been together almost ten years now. Anyway, I wish you better luck than I had. Enjoy.
