Easy. First create a 6 x 9 document in Word or Pages. There may already be a 6 X 9 template in Word. In pages you have to create one, which is easy enough. If you are using Pages like me then I can guide you through it step by step.

Next, one by one, copy and paste a selection of your stories into that Pages document.

At the top of your document create a title page, followed by a copyright notice page, an Acknowledgement page and a Table of Contents page.

Then add an introduction page saying broadly what the book is about.

That is basically it for the story. Do copy and paste in each section complete with your captioned images and headlines.

Now for the fun part. Convert the complete document into a pdf, which you can easily do by looking under ‘File’ in your toolbar at the top of the screen.

Now for the cover. Go to KDP Cover Calculator and create a template for your 6 X9 paperback.

Next go to Canva and create a customised template. A few seconds when you know how.

Next, download your KDP calculated cover into the Canva template you created.

Next, go to Unsplash, Pixabay or Pexels and look for an image you like. When you find one, download it onto that Canva/KDP template and add text (Title, subhead, your name).

Then download that into a pdf formate, and with story and cover done, you can go to KDP and publish.

It’s almost all self explanatory and easy peasy to do when you know how.

Ok, there is an easier way. Find somebody on Fiverr to do it all for you. If you want I can do it for you, but I would have to ask you to pay me a little something, like about thirty to thirty five dollars, depending on how long it is.
