I think men too are becoming increasingly disinclined to get married. The reason for that is mainly due to coming out of a marriage very much the worse off for it. Women generally get custody of the children and all too often alienate the children and their father. And in some countries, like Spain, for example, men are generally disfavoured financially. In the UK, you can no longer divorce for infidelity. You can however cite what is called ‘Unreasonable behaviour,’ which includes infidelity.
