Oh dear, you know so little about me. You have read one piece that touched a raw nerve. I have written a thousand stories on Medium, many of them dealing with the subject of my past in much greater depth in which I openly dealt with my own short comings. I merely used a small part of my past experience to lend some authenticity to what the article was about. I do not need any life lessons from somebody like you and neither do I need you to validate my claim to be a writer. What you have done is make an emotional connection to some of the things I wrote and taken umbrage. One short story does not make you an expert on me as a person.
