Somebody once said about fishing that it legitimises doing nothing. Personally, I had great times sea fishing for all manner of fish, usually Thornback Rays and Mackerel. Also loved fishing on rivers and lakes for Rainbow Trout. One time went all night fishing in Fleetwood UK and caught nothing. On the way home empty handed drove over and killed a rabbit. Roadkill was some compensation. My friend wanted to skin it at home and make a Davy Crocket hat. He hung the skin on the washing line on the balcony to dry after cleaning. His wife went out to hang some washing out and suddenly screeched out in horror when she saw the rabbit. We all thought it was hilarious. Happy days.
