Stripe!!!! Those bastards have put me through hell on Earth for three months! After four uneventful years on Medium, Stripe decided to suspend my Medium account. They received my money from Medium in June, July and August. I could clearly see that they had received the money from Medium on my Stripe dashboard.

They told me that the problem was with Medium who had not sent the money, which was clearly a blatant lie.

At the same time they ‘lost’ my Vocal Media account. It turned out that that was also under suspension and my money was unforthcoming. They told me to speak to Vocal Media! That too appeared on my Vocal Media dashboard as having been paid to Stripe!

Eventually, they paid me late in August but withheld my two Medium payments from June and July. After three months of dozens of emails and live chats with Stripe Support about my missing money, they re-instated my Medium account and agreed to pay me the missing money but told me that in future I should have the matter investigated with Medium! I have to say Medium were totally blameless in this matter.

Then they finally re-instated my Vocal Media account and told me that I would get my missing money on the second of September. I wait with bated breath.
