Very informative Mike. I actually do my vitals every single day, sometimes twice. Why? Because three years ago at a routine health check at a private hospital it was discovered that I had had what is called a silent heart attack and a mini stroke. I had no idea. So now I do my blood pressure, temperature, weight and SPO2. I also have sleep apnea and so have to be connected to a sleep apnea machine every single night. And of course, I take a cocktail of meds a.m. and p.m. and have three monthly checks. Add COPD and PMR and GCA and it is a wonder I'm alive and relatively well. I cycle between 5Km and 10Km every single day too.
