Yes Kim, I do know exactly what it is. I believe it is given more credence as an offence in the USA as in Europe. As you say, it is weaponising children and no less. Guilty ex spouses don't get, or don't care, that if you use your child as a weapon they too will get badly hurt and traumatised by the experience.
